This is the documentation for the Acceleration Services Module, that allows internal users within an Agora to conceptualize their acceleration services, manage their configuration, and monitor their operation. This module also allows creating new Odoo data models from the interface, modifying its fields.

Pre-Configuration →

It is necessary to configure a color to the one or multi companies of the platform. In order to do so, go to “Settings →Users & Companies → Companies”. Click to the specific company, and set a color to the “Acceleration Service Color” field.

Access Rights →

Once the Addon has been installed, there are three user level groups with different access rights over the visualization and working of the data. In order to visualize the Acceleration Services Module, the following access rights need to be enabled. “Settings → Users → Your_User”

• Internal Users → By default, all internal users can see the Acceleration Service model, and its elements, they cannot create, edit or delete records. It is just a view permission.
• Acceleration Service User → This access should be given to internal users within the alliance that require visualization of the current state of the Acceleration Services on the platform. They can create and edit new Acceleration Services, they can only see the fields of the model that are public and describe the concept of the Acceleration Service. They cannot delete records.
• Acceleration Service Manager → This access should be given to more technical internal users that will be involved in the configuration or development of the Acceleration Service itself. They can see more fields regarding technical processes of the AS. They have creation, edition, and deletion permissions.
• Acceleration Service Restart Odoo → This access should be given ONLY to technical users that require the possibility to perform restarts of the Odoo service from the interface at any given time.

When clicking on the Acceleration Services menu, a kanban view displaying all the Acceleration Services can be found.

This scenario is the multi-company scenario, in which Acceleration Services from different companies, are color based differentiated. Users with access to only one company, will only see the records of its company.

The kanban view has four stages which define the current state of implementation of the Acceleration Service. Requested, In Development, Active, Inactive. Records can be moved from one stage to the other by clicking and dragging it crossed columns.
